Shaun’s latest research involves designing virtual environments for the HTC Vive.  In addition to the visuals, he’s integrating three-dimensional sound.  HTC Vive is supporting his research with a grant for two Vives.  He’s using one with students and the second one for his personal research.  His personal VR research involves designing and building explorable virtual environments.  Sound elements provide clues about how open or contained the spaces in the environments are.  Exciting stuff, Shaun!
